Post Foods is seeking individuals who can question the status quo and help deliver superior solutions. Intern student(s) will be challenged with value added projects and interface with management and the workforce. This person(s) will be directly related to the production process/procedures and contribute to improvement initiatives within the business unit(s) focusing on quality and sanitation.

In this role, the primary responsibilities are:
    • Learning the cereal process/plant rules and regulations
    • Supporting Quality and Sanitation Leaders with specific product investigations
    • Analyzing processes and data to reduce consumer complaints
    • Work closely with Operations Management, CI Engineers, Engineering, Safety, and Human Resources to improve Quality/Sanitation programs on the production floor and in the lab.
    • Coordinate and/or execute specific training for management teams in cooperation with Human Resources and Operations.
    • Continuously challenge the status quo of the day-to-day activities and processes, identifying best practices for the facility and POST Foods.
