Job Description
The Corporate Human Resources Department of Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual interested in a HR career path to assist the Corporate HR Department. This 8 week full-time position will provide exposure to and responsibilities in the Corporate Human Resources Department by providing project support in the following areas:
- Recruiting
- Benefits
- Compensation
- Security
- Payroll

Job Qualifications

- Students must be currently enrolled in an accredited four year college or university and pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies with a specific focus in Human Resources.
- At a minimum, have successfully completed their third year of studies and have a designated status of no less than a Junior or Senior.
- Have a G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher.
- Desire career in Human Resources.
- Display strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment or independently and be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Be available to start work in late May or early June and work a full-time 40 hour work week for a minimum of eight weeks.
- Possess general PC skills in a Windows environment and have strong Internet research skills.
- Be eligible to work in the U.S. for any company without sponsorship.
