Job Description
The Package R&D Intern position is designed to provide a hands-on work experience, providing support to both the R&D package development function and package operations in the Post manufacturing facilities. The preferred candidate will be in their third/fourth year of study and pursuing a degree in Package Engineering. The position offers the opportunity to interact with various disciplines including Product Development, manufacturing, regulatory and Quality. The individual, under the guidance of a packaging professional, will conduct package development and bench top testing activities to support new or existing package concepts. Conducting and monitoring packaging line trials in the manufacturing facilities is a is a key role for this position. Comparison of competitor products (benchmark studies), pallet design and optimization and the ability to inspect field trials is also required.

- Computer Capable with Cape or Similar Pallet Development Programs
