Job Description
The Electrical Engineering Associate position will focus on professional development in plant and project engineering within a manufacturing environment. Candidates will have the opportunity to gain experience in all facets of the operating area throughout the organization. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and the desire to relocate for career advancement. Career growth may progress in project or engineering management.
Project engineering training and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Design
- Cost Analysis and justification
- Installation
- Evaluation

Job Qualifications
|
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge and/or experience in team based environments is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to spend time in the plant with team members during all shifts is required.
- A professional internship or relevant work experience
- 3.0 GPA or higher (strongly preferred)
Through the Management Development Program, candidates will have the opportunity to develop broad-based business knowledge in targeted functional areas where there is a strong desire to build internal talent. This knowledge will be gained through a training program that will include exposure to both a plant location and the Corporate Headquarters. The ultimate goal is for participants to gain an in-depth understanding of the Ralcorp approach to business, so that they can have access to accelerated growth opportunities and position themselves for leadership roles within the company.
