Job Description
This position is responsible for managing the sales and marketing efforts for the division’s Walmart Team, which includes Walmart and Sam’s.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Manage the product development process from start to finish.
- Initiate and control all communications between the Company and the customer.
- Involve all functional support resources to meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Develop annual sales plans and budgets.
- Generate and analyze POS reports from Walmart's Retail Link Data System..
- Strategize with customer on opportunities to build business, (i.e. new products, promotional planning and merchandising).
- Work closely with Vice President of Marketing and R&D in development of new products and repositioning of current products.
- Work closely with Supply Chain to have a clear understanding of production capacities so planning can be adjusted appropriately.
- Work closely with DRM, Supply Planning and Quality Assurance to troubleshoot problems and maintain high level of customer service satisfaction.
- Provide accurate volume forecasts on new or promotional items.
- Other duties/assignments as directed by supervisor.

- Ability to travel on a regular and consistent basis.

Job Qualifications
|
EXPERIENCE:
- Five or more years experience in supermarket in-store bakery industry.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
